Covid-19 measures in Italy have changed!
Decree-law April 22, 2021, n.52 provided for the application of measures for the gradual resumption of economic and social activities in compliance with the need to contain the spread of the epidemic by COVID-19.
From today, Monday 26 April, the new rules are foreseen by the “Reopening” decree take effect and the yellow zones are back.
The Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, based on the data and indications of the Control Room on the progress of the health crisis, has signed new Ordinances to contain the spread of the virus. The measures that define the “colors” of the Regions will come into force from Monday 26 April and will be valid until Sunday 2 May 2021.
The coloring of the Regions is as follows:
Yellow zone: Abruzzo, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Liguria, Lombardia, Marche, Molise, Piedmont, Autonomous Provinces of Bolzano and Trento, Tuscany, Umbria and Veneto
Orange zone: Basilicata, Calabria, Puglia, Sicily and Valle D’Aosta
Red zone: Sardinia

Curfew is confirmed from 10 pm to 5 am
Movements between yellow-banded regions are free; to move instead between regions in the orange and red range, it is necessary to certify that vaccination has been completed (valid for 6 months), or of negativity to the swab (valid for 48 hours), or recovery from Covid-19 (valid for 6 months).

RESTAURANTS AND BARS
The restaurants and bars in the yellow zone reopen outdoors for lunch and dinner (max 4 people per table, more than 4 if cohabiting).
From 1 June, always in the yellow zone, you can also go to restaurants indoors for lunch.
In the orange and red zone, on the other hand, bars and restaurants are open only for takeaway and home delivery.
SHOPS
In the yellow and orange area, the shops are all open. In the red zone, only groceries, pharmacies, newsagents, tobacconists, and shops selling products deemed necessary are open. In the red zone, hairdressers, barbers, and beauty centers are also closed.
From 15 May, in the yellow zone, the shopping centers are open also on holidays and days before holidays.
In the orange and red zone, the shopping centers are open from Monday to Friday.
FAIRS, CONFERENCES, CONGRESSES, THERMAL BATHS
The fairs will reopen in the yellow zone from 15 June.
From 1 July, green light for conferences and congresses.
Currently, the spas are open with a medical prescription, from 1 July access will be allowed to everyone.
The theme and amusement parks are also reopening.
SPORTS, POOLS, AND GYMS
From 26 April, in the yellow zone, any sporting activity, including team and contact activities, is allowed outdoors. However, the use of the changing rooms is forbidden.
From May 15, in the yellow zone, the swimming pools and bathing establishments reopen.
From 1 June, in the yellow zone, the gyms and stadiums (max 1000 people outdoors and 500 indoors) reopen for individual and team sports events and competitions.
In the orange and red zone, you can do outdoor sports in your municipality.
