  Shine and bright! Your first step in the discovery of Morocco will take us first through an odyssey of emotions that begins in the Hassan II Mosque, the largest and most valuable mosque in Morocco. Then Rabat, we discover the Royale Palace, next to the youngest world heritage site, get a tour through the old town to the Hassan Tower, the magnificent mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Oudaias with its dreamlike Andalusian Garden which is nothing more than a foretaste of the splendor that awaits you. In the afternoon we drive to Chefchaouen, the sacred pearl that Morocco preserved from all the skirmishes of history. Through the narrow streets up to the Kasbah hill, an immortal myth is waving in blue. Enjoy a cup of mint tea in the place of Uta el-Hammam and feel the strength of the blue color.

  Walk to explore the white and blue-washed walls of the medina, Chefchaouen

  Tour of the sights in the morning, let’s start by having a walk to explore the white and blue-washed walls of the medina, then see how the architecture of the 15th-century is still looking by and extern visit of the Grand Mosque. We will also uncover some secrets about the elegance of the Rif ladies, we will visit a women’s cooperative where they knit the traditional costumes that survived for centuries, factories in which multitude of handicrafts, varied colors, the best of silk and wool, magical hands and inspiring souls are remaking the history each day. In the afternoon, drive through the beautiful Rif mountains to the ancient site of Volubilis; the proof that even the ruins can become a UNESCO world heritage! The Arch of Caracalla, the Capitol, the Basilica, the Temple of Jupiter, the fantastic mosaics... all testify to the high level of culture in Volubilis. We end up our day in the oldest imperial city, Fes.

We will end up our day in a warm Moroccan atmosphere that will take us to a local family house with whom we will be sharing our dinner and feelings tonight!

  Turning south, today we climb steadily into the dramatic landscapes of the Middle Atlas where snow-white pointed caps greet in every season and the roses bloom in the cool valleys. We will discover the extensive cedar forests full of macaque monkeys. The closer we get to Sahara, the more breathtaking the landscape becomes. The road will take us through the Ziz Valley dotted with palm trees, fortified villages, and Berber farming communities. Passing by Erfoud known for fossils and the quality of its dates, our journey continues through arid desert plains that lead us to Merzouga at the feet of Erg Chebbi dunes.

  Sahara Desert ride with Jeeps

An audacious drive with the Jeep will take us around the dunes, discovering a different kind of dessert. After crossing a dried river, we will search for the solitude of nomadic Berbers and find it among the Gnaoua, whose ancestors were slaves from the south of the Sahara. With barrel drums, long-necked sounds, and rattling vessels they have created their own indicative, which was originally intended to drive away evil spirits and sometimes lasted twelve hours. Lunch in the village then we will take the blue men role and ride our camels from dune to dune in the endless desert before arriving at our Bedouin tents. It’s your journey make it unique and enjoy sandboarding while the sun begins to set.   Visit the Berber Museum of Khorbat and lunch with a family inside the Kasbah

Stroll through the village and meet the Berbers who will be happy to share with you family-like moments and their lunch for the day! In the afternoon, we will discover some beauty secrets in a cooperative in Kalaat M’gouna that prepares products like soap, rose hatred, rose-based mask, rosebuds that comes from the plantations of the oasis, and many other products like the Baldi couscous. Our discovery movie continues to the gate of the desert Ouarzazate where we will spend our night in the Berber « Hollywood ».

  Ait Benhaddou, Morocco

  Probably you have already seen our next destination in one of the Hollywood sandal films, which were shot there as Sodom and Gomorrah, Lawrence of Arabia or Gladiator it’s the castle of castles named Ait Benhaddou. We will continue our journey through the volcanic mountains of the Anti-Atlas, heading first to Taznakht, a small town known for weaving Berber carpet, then Taliouine, the capital of Saffron where we will discover more about this life elixir with the locals before arriving at Taroudant that has been the trade and caravan center of the Shiite Berber princes for a thousand years. Its souks are crammed with silver, leather, bobble slippers, chiseled tea glasses, and all that falls under the term art.

  Taroudant, Morocco

  Explore the colorful market of Taroudant

  You will be the tour leader of the day! Make the plan that you like and run it out! It’s a free day to relax, to explore the colorful market of Taroudant or we recommend the excursion to the oasis of Trout: a short drive (35 mins) will take you to an oasis on the northern edge of the Anti Atlas Mountains. In the Souss valley, you will see the tremendous contrast between commercially farmed irrigated cash crops (such as oranges, maize, or bananas) and subsistence farming of arid land including the strange sight of goats grazing in the native Argan trees. At the oasis you’ll gain an insight into traditional life, farming and irrigation systems, see a marabout (a saint’s grave), as well as have a chance to see lizards, birds, search for wild tortoises, see a desert Ouadi, a hilltop Kasbah once used as a film set from which there are fine views, you can enjoy it either by walk or by ride a mule. Lunch at local family then back to Taroudant at the beginning of the afternoon

Argan oil - the elixir of beauty - is extracted exclusively in the Anti Atlas and is weighed in gold. We will let the ladies in Assafar Cooperative share with you their secrets, story and how they improved their lifestyle by the foundation of Assafar. We will continue towards "white pearl" on the Atlantic, sinks into picturesque peace. In the merchant alleys behind the thick city walls, a sea of colors shines from cloths and ceramics. Thousands of circling seagulls wait for the arrival of the fishing boats to steal a fish.
