    Rio de Janeiro

    Board the cog-wheel train through the Tijuca Forest up to the top of Corcovado mountain, with its iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer. Visit the historical Santa Teresa district for lunch at a restaurant created to praise the Brazilian cuisine and very aptly named Espirito Santo.
