    Bogotá

    Visit the underground salt cathedral in Zipaquirá. A multicolored phosphorescent light illuminates the walls of this monumental architectural masterpiece. Drive back to Bogotá and take a cable car to Mount Monserrate. Enjoy an amazing view of the city and try some different typical snacks like “tamales” and “arepas”, both salty preparations made by corn, cheese, meat, and vegetables.     Bogotá - Popayán

    Morning at leisure. Afterward direct flight to Popayán, the gastronomical heart of the country. Transfer to your hotel, located in the middle of the Historic Center.
