  Bogotá

  In the morning, explore the biggest market of the city, try our most popular dishes and exotic fruits, learn about medicinal herbs, and check out the best products we grow. Together with the chef of La Colina you will buy all ingredients for a special dinner at the hotel this night. Visit the Gold Museum with its collection of pre-Hispanic jewelry, take a walk through the Candelaria district and finish the excursion at “Pastelería Florida” drinking the best hot chocolate of the city.

  Bogotá

  Visit the underground salt cathedral in Zipaquirá. A multicolored phosphorescent light illuminates the walls of this monumental architectural masterpiece. Drive back to Bogotá and take a cable car to Mount Monserrate. Enjoy an amazing view of the city and try some different typical snacks like “tamales” and “arepas”, both salty preparations made by corn, cheese, meat, and vegetables. Or try one of Colombia's traditional desserts. Then, you will visit the “La Macarena” neighborhood for sharing a coffee and some talks before dining at one of the best restaurants in the city.

  Bogotá - Popayán

  Morning at leisure. Afterward direct flight to Popayán, the gastronomical heart of the country. Transfer to your hotel, located in the middle of the Historic Center. Tonight you will join a street food tour through the "Ruta del Maíz" (road of maize), tasting typical products made of corn and learn how to cook the 'Pipian' empanadas or the carantanta. Return to your hotel.

  Popayán

  Discover the history of the White City, once the most important city of the region and famous for its Easter processions. Do you like Ice-cream? Visit a local house, try the traditionally made ice-cream and learn how the locals prepare their helado de paila. Enjoy your dinner in one of the local restaurants in the historical center.

  Popayán - Silvia - Coffee Zone

  In the morning, visit the indigenous market in Silvia, where members of the Misak sell their unique handicrafts. These products are the best souvenir of your trip! Continue to reach the Coffee crowing region overnight at Hacienda Sazagua, a beautiful boutique hotel surrounded by native trees, exotic birds, lush gardens, and a large collection of tropical flowers.

  Coffee Zone

  In the morning, you will join a Colombian food professional cooking class. Let the chef guide you through the best samples of our cuisine and share together the lunch you cooked. After lunch, visit a coffee farm to learn about the process of the seed, from planting and roasting to tasting. Discover the secrets of the production process and expand your senses by tasting the diverse coffee types.

  Coffee Zone

  Drive on to visit a traditional farm and walk through its fruit plantations until you reach the farmer's private home. Here, everything revolves around orchids. Learn more about these extraordinary plants and share a typical lunch with the host family. Return to the hacienda.

  Coffee Zone - Cartagena

  Flight to Cartagena via Bogotá. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel, a historical building from the colonial period located in the popular Getsemaní neighborhood. In the afternoon, take a walk through the Getsemaní area and enjoy dinner at one of the top restaurants in the city.

  Cartagena

  Relax on the multilevel roof terrace with two small pools and wonderful city views or in the inner courtyard. In the afternoon visit the San Felipe Fortress, walk through historic sites and postcard-worthy streets, meet friendly folks, and swinging beats within the colonial city center.

  Cartagena

  Today you will go on a fishing tour through the man-groves of Ciénaga de la Virgen. The fisherman will intro-duce you how to handle the fishing line. Cook the fish and crabs you have caught and have lunch in a fisher-men house with a local family. At night, transfer to the pier to take a shared boat for your last dinner while you quietly roam the bay of Cartagena de Indias.
