    Nazareth - Megiddo - Tabor

    Visit the city of Jesus, with the Basilica of Annunciation and the Well of the Virgin Mary. Walkthrough Nazareth Village, an open-air museum that recreates life in Nazareth as it was 2,000 years ago, during the time of Jesus. Continue to the national park of Megiddo, where the last great battle on earth is due to take place. Drive to Mount Tabor, the site of the Transfiguration, where two Churches, Franciscan and Greek, are located on the summit.

    Return to Nazareth for dinner and overnight.

    Nazareth - Tiberias - Sea of Galilee - Banias

    Drive to Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee to visit Tabgha, the site of the Miracle of the Loaves and Fishes; and Capernaum, where Jesus started his public ministry, which includes the Ancient Synagogue and House of St Peter. On to the Mount of Beatitudes, site of the Sermon on the Mount. Continue to Banias, a source of the Jordan River, where Philip, son of Herod, established the capital of his kingdom in the Upper Galilee. Finally, on to the Baptismal site on the River Jordan.

    Nazareth - Cana - Acre - Haifa - Ceaserea

    Visit Cana, the site where Jesus performed the miracle of turning water into wine during a wedding celebration. Proceed to Acre to visit the Crusader City, then on to Haifa to enjoy the panoramic view from Mount Carmel. Finally, a visit to Caesarea, the city of Herod, to visit the ruins of the Roman Theatre and the Crusader City.

    Nezareth - Jordan Bridge - Jerash - Mount Nebo - Madaba - Amman

    Drive to the Jordan crossing at Sheikh Hussein Bridge, then on to Jerash to visit the ruins of the large Roman city and visit the New Baptismal site on the River Jordan. Proceed to Mount Nebo, where Moses saw the Promised Land but was unable to reach it.  Continue to Madaba, to see the beautiful mosaic floor of the Byzantine Church showing the map of Jerusalem.

    Drive to Amman for dinner and overnight.

    Amman - Petra

    Head to Petra to visit the ancient Nabatean capital that was carved out in rose, red, pink, salmon, and cinnamon-colored Nubian sandstone, within the secure enclosure of valleys and mountain cliffs.

    Petra - Vadi Rum - Arava - Eilat

    Drive to Wadi Rum, with its vast desert scenery, for a Jeep desert ride. Cross back to Israel via the Arava crossing and continue to Eilat. Visit the Underwater Observatory and Aquarium in Eilat, followed by a sightseeing tour of the town.

    Eilat - Dead Sea - Masada - Qunran - Jericho - Jerusalem

    Drive to the Dead Sea (420 meters below sea level) to ascend by cable car to Masada Fortress and learn the heroic story of the last stand by Jewish rebels against the Romans. Continue to Ein Gedi, a desert oasis, to walk through the nature reserve. Visit Qumran, the site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered.  Proceed to Jericho, the oldest city in the world, stopping by the Mount of Temptation. Drive via Wadi Kelt on the Roman road to view St. George’s Monastery. Visit Bethany and St Lazarus' Tomb.

    Proceed to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.

    Jerusalem - Bethlehem

    Enter the Old City of Jerusalem via Dung Gate to visit the Western Wall and the Temple Mount. Continue to Mount Zion to visit the Cenacle (the room of the Last Supper), King David's Tomb, and the Dormition Abbey. Drive to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity and the Shepherd's Fields.

    Jerusalem
