    Bologna - Visit the Medieval and Renaissance Ferrara

    After breakfast, depart by private car to Ferrara, also known as the “city of bikes”. Your guide will meet you for a half-day visit to Ferrara city center. You’ll visit the Medieval and Renaissance Ferrara.

    In the afternoon, go on a culinary experience in an agriturismo near Ferrara, with a typical sheet processing and pasta manufacturing laboratory from Ferrara, the pumpkin cappellacci. Then, taste other dishes typical such as 'salama di sugo' and 'tenerina cake.'

    Milan - Guided City Tour

    After breakfast, your guide will meet you for a guided tour of Milan.

    You will first visit the famous Duomo, located at the most central point of the city. It has an awe-inspiring look with its marble façade decorated with countless statues, and spires and pinnacles adorning its rooftop. This grand Gothic cathedral took almost six centuries to complete and is the fifth largest cathedral globally. You will then walk through the impressive Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, one of the world’s oldest shopping centers, with two glass-vaulted arcades intersecting in a spectacular glazed octagon. Passing through the Gallery, you will arrive at Piazza della Scala, the square which houses the world-renowned Scala Theatre –Milan’s Opera House. Some of the most excellent musicians and singers the world has ever known have performed here. The grand finale of the tour is none other than Leonardo Da Vinci’s Last Supper, hidden away in the convent of Santa Maria Delle Grazie.

    Milan - Lago di Como Excursion

    On your last day before departure, your private driver-guide will pick you up for an excursion to one of the most beautiful places in Italy, Lake Como region.

    You’ll start your tour of Como by visiting the historic center and enjoying some time at leisure to get to know the town and shop in the many local boutiques. Admire the lakeside villas and keep an eye out for Villa d'Este at Cernobbio, a luxurious hotel set in tropical gardens. The mild Mediterranean climate ensures an abundance of exotic and rare plants thriving year-round. In Bellagio, one of the most famous towns on the lake, you can follow the steep alleys running up from the lake and stop for a coffee or gelato at one of the lively cafes housed in grand historic buildings.
