    After breakfast, meet your guide and discover the iconic landmarks of Turin on a walking tour that gives insights into the city's history and architecture. The city tour begins from Piazza Castello, the beautiful square that is considered the heart of the City in which the 2000 years old Palazzo Madama was built. Piazza Castello is surrounded by the Royal Palace, the Royal Theatre, and the magnificent Church of San Lorenzo and is close to the Cathedral, the Holy Shroud Chapel, and the Palatina Roman Gate archaeological area. It’s possible to learn more about the Holy Shroud inside the Church of San Lorenzo, in front of a life-size picture of the precious relic. Walking along Via Roma marked by elegant arcades you can reach the 17th Century Piazza San Carlo, the Baroque square is the famous parlor of Torino; Piazza Carignnano, and the impressive Palazzo Carignano designed by Architect Guarino Guarini. Crossing the exclusive Piazza Carlo Alberto you can admire the Industria Subalpina Gallery, enriched by antique shops and historic Cafés.     Monferrato - Discover the Barolo Hills

    After the rich breakfast buffet, meet with the English-speaking local guide to discover the Barolo hills, which roll through just eleven municipalities and run parallel to the river Tanaro. The composition of the soil here is so particular as to change from hill to hill for different blends of elegance, longevity, and majesty – the elements typical of Barolo. The guide narrates about the beauty of the landscapes, where every hill is an ode to Bacchus, where cellars are temples and farmers are vestals, and about the history of the Barolo winemaking, in which Countess Juliette Colbert and the Count of Cavour Camillo Benso played great roles. Great wine experience with a passionate winemaker: a full immersion in this fascinating world to understand the hard work and passion for the land. Picnic lunch with local products tasting the house wines. In the afternoon, the panoramic tour continues among the most representative towns of the region. Stop for a guided visit to the Castle of Grinzane Cavour or the Wine Museum in the Barolo Castle to know more about the history of this great wine.     Monferrato - Cooking Class - Wine Culture - Hunting Alba White Truffle

    After the rich breakfast buffet, it is time for a cooking class “Hands-on” to discover the roots of our local food & wine culture, in a homely setting in a panoramic location on the hills and lunch with the dishes prepared. In the afternoon, an outing in the woods for an exciting excursion looking for the prestigious Alba White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) with the truffle hunter and his dog. This is the most exciting experience for truffle enthusiasts. A hunter accompanied by his dog will lead the group into the woods to seek out the precious underground tuber, guided only by the dog’s sense of smell and intuition resulting from years of experience. Back to the accommodation to relax.

    Monferrato - Hazelnut Farm - Small Cheese Producer - Medieval Town

    After the rich breakfast buffet, meet with the English-speaking local guide. Departure towards the Alta Langa Region: visit a farm producing the Nocciola Piemonte IGP: from hazelnut grove to the production of hazelnut cream, learning some of the secrets of so intense and lingering a flavor. Did you know that the Nocciola Piemonte IGP is the best in the world? Discover why! The second experience is the top of authenticity: visit a small traditional cheese producer: pasture, sheepfold, milking room, cheese-making process, aging, and tasting lunch in the wooden hut, experiencing the life of our countryside people. Later in the afternoon, free stroll in Alba, the capital of Langhe hills, for a walk among the medieval monuments and food & wine places. The guide is at your disposal for a guided visit to the town center. Free time for some shopping or to sip an aperitif seating outside in one of the many dehors. The guide leaves the guests.
