Upon arrival, set out on a fishing adventure with an experienced charter fishing captain. Louisiana’s Cajun Bayou is a great place to fish for both experienced and first-time fishermen. Fish are plentiful in our inland waters with catches like speckled trout and redfish. Though many anglers like to keep it closer to land, reeling in such shallow-water dwellers as flounder and tarpon, others prefer to go deep.

When you’re fishing offshore in coastal Louisiana, you’re going to see plenty of the nation’s oil rigs, and there’s a whole art and science to fishing near these structures. You have a chance of reeling in scale-tipping marlin, tuna and wahoo, though a day on the deep seas will also yield amberjack, cobia, grouper, and snapper.
With an abundance of fish in the waterways, you're sure to bring in the catch of a lifetime!

Alternatively, option take a relaxing swamp ride on a tour of the bayou and view wildlife such as birds, alligators, and turtles.
Another alternative is to hop on an adventurous airboat ride on Bayou Des Allemands featuring alligators, water plants, and graceful cypress trees draped with Spanish Moss. Ask your local expert agent to learn more to make your most desirable choice.
