DAY 2
City of Kigali - Genocide Memorial, Kandt House, and Reconciliation Village Bugesera
Start a historical-minded tour of Kigali City visiting places like the Kigali Genocide Memorial. The information about the genocides around the world has been preserved and is also the resting place for over 250,000 victims of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi.
Kandt House was a residence to German explorer Richard Kandt who discovered the remote source of the River Nile to be at Nyungwe forest. Camp Kigali where 10 Belgian United Nations peacekeepers were executed in 1994. The city tour gives an in-depth experience of colonial, independence, genocide, and current trends of modern-day Rwanda.
In the afternoon drive to Bugesera and start a unique journey into the Unity and reconciliation village which is home to both Survivors and perpetrators of the Genocide, this shows how Rwandans have managed to unity and move on past the dark times of 1994 and also teaches about the culture of Rwandans through dance and Music.

DAY 3
Volcanoes National Park
After breakfast start driving towards the north to Volcanoes National Park on arrival visit the Kinigi Cultural Village where you will be taught about Rwanda culture through traditional dances, music, traditional brewing methods, traditional hearing, the community visit brings you closer to the Rwandan culture and gives the highest chance to interact with the community these visits support the communities around the Park.
Afternoon drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Overnight at Rushaga Gorilla Camp

DAY 4
Volcanoes National Park - Trekking through mountains for a face-to-face with Gorillas
After breakfast drive to the Volcanoes National Park Headquarters for the brief of the day and start the once-in-a-lifetime experience of trekking the critically endangered Apes in a wild setting, once spotted you will be able to closely view man’s close relatives for the whole hour.
After the trek, you will transfer to the hotel for lunch and refreshment later head back to Kigali. Overnight.

Victoria Falls via Harare
Breakfast and transfer to Airport, catch a Rwandair flight to Harare – Zimbabwe.
